ANNAMCAMBODIA is a full-service distribution company with the main office in Phnom Penh and branch offices in Siem Reap and Kampot provinces. It imports, distributes and markets premium global food, and wine in Cambodia market. The company has an extensive range of products in these categories and is continually growing and extending its portfolios every year.
We are looking for qualified and dynamic candidate for the positions below:
- Operational Leadership
- Lead the sales team by setting monthly sales and distribution target and provide strategic direction to them how to achieve it
- Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plan & ongoing sales & marketing for the whole Team.
- Identify growth areas and suggest action plan that improve nationwide sales performance.
- Conduct regular weekly meeting to closely monitor sales performance, sales and market trends in order to adapt on time
- Conduct market feasibility for new products and come out with the go-to-market strategy to management
- Deeply understand the principal’s need and advise teams to provide insightful market information and update
- Develop company and brand image as a credible player in the market through participation in credible industry and networking events
- Work closely with Demand Planning Team on the update sales trend by product for purchase order to supplier
- Manage product wastage effectively by keeping a close look at high inventory items and propose an effective measure on time to avoid expiration or spoil
- Prepare plan/presentation record as required by management.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes Develop format for sales monitoring.
- Meet, follow up, and support team to solve factors affecting sales.
- Other tasks assigned by Management.
- Financial Management
- Conduct regular meeting to review the performance of key driver marketing campaign and make sure the expenditure is under budget
- Support finance team to develop annual sales and marketing budgets
- Responsible action on overdue Account Receivables
- Sales & Marketing
- Guide Sales Managers to develop sales and distribution to achieve company and brand objectives
- Support Marketing Manager to develop Sales and Marketing Plan by brand and ensure that all marketing activities and expense are strictly monitored effectively and efficiently and also provide update report to management and brand owner
- Manage, follow up, and control key customers for business and update to management.
- Coordinate with marketing team and share update of price list, scheme, and other things to team.
- Manage PO sales process flow both physically and digitally for sales team.
- Human Resources
- Develop a practical and effective sales policies and processes and provide training to teams
- Be a successful recruiter and retainer of people to build a strong team. Identify people capacity and training need in order to develop a skillset and achieve department and company’s goals and objectives
- Train and manage team to make professional communication to cross department(s) especially to marketing team to get aligned on complimentary to each other to drive business.
- Collect customer’s feedback and discuss with marketing team to find solution for VECL’s business.
- Coach sales management team in the field.
- Train and update team for new incoming instruction(s) from management and/or changes in communication after aligned.
- Recruit and select staff for sales team.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing
- Proven experience as commercial manager or another relevant role
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Extensive experiences in FMCG industry with cross-channels distribution such as Modern Trade, General Trade and Food Service
